One of D&D Elevator’s ongoing goals is to maintain the respect of our employees, which we do by having an open-door policy and listening to our employees' wants and needs.
We also look for creative ways to reward our employees — giving gift cards for attending safety meetings, for example, and continually supporting them with educational opportunities, whether it’s getting their GED or advancing them in the CET program. During the CET program, participants are financially rewarded for each level they pass.
D&D Elevator supports and encourages family life, so it’s important to us to celebrate with our employees. Every year we hold two events to ensure that families are part of the D&D Elevator community: a family picnic, where everyone is invited, and our holiday party. At the picnic, not only is there all the food you can eat, but we have gifts for the children and prizes for the adults. At the adult holiday party, we have everything one would expect for an evening out, including a disc jockey.
