We are looking for experienced elevator maintenance and modernization technicians with knowledge in both traction and hydraulic elevators. Attendance, punctuality, dependability and commitment are important factors.
Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
The technician must be able to trouble shoot elevator controllers independently.
Must know how to read and interpret prints and wiring diagrams.
Must have the physical and mental ability to install elevator equipment using both hand and power tools.
Needs to have the ability and confidence to use diagnostic tools such as meters, laptops, handheld programming tools, etc.
Must be capable of identifying controller & diagnostic problem indicators, interpret problems and corrections through user manuals and technical support.
Identify safety problems and advise both the company and the building owner.
Needs to have working knowledge on both the older relay logic and new solid state systems.
Must be self-motivated seeking continued professional growth.
Need to be able to communicate clearly with office staff and give a status of work performed, using phones, technology and written word.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an elevator mechanic.
Bilingual-English and Spanish is a plus.

Depending on skill level the salary range is $75,000 to $120,000+ per year.
